Job Announcement: Grounds Maintenance Trainer – Commercial GM

We are currently seeking a Grounds Maintenance Trainer to join our Commercial Grounds Maintenance team. This full-time, non-exempt position is based in the community and reports to the Manager of Commercial Grounds Maintenance Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train individuals with developmental disabilities in grounds maintenance tasks across various commercial sites.

• Ensure high-quality service delivery in line with contractual requirements and safety guidelines.

• Support crew members in developing vocational skills and achieving personal goals.

• Operate and maintain grounds keeping tools, equipment, and vehicles.

• Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure safety compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Minimum two years of grounds maintenance experience with demonstrated leadership skills.

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• First Aid and CPR certification required; QAC preferred.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (40 hours/week)

Pay:

$18.50 - $19.50 an hour
